Update January 11, 2016: Truck found and returned! Damage mostly to locks and cabinet doors. All contents completely gone, but I have a way to get to jobs once I begin replacing things. Thanks primarily to Facebook reposts of the original posters, a bus driver in Vallejo spotted it, checked the license against the poster she had just received from friend in Montana, and called from the number on the truck sign.

Update January 15, 2016: Truck still in shop, awaiting examination by adjuster before repairs can begin. Insurance provides a rental allowance for loaner vehicle, I have rented a van. No word from insurance about replacing truck contents. Have a few leftover tools, and now some borrowed ones, and can do some small jobs.
